Space Station's drive and enthusiasm helps seal deal in record time

Several years ago we helped Tim Lubans find a new home in Shoreditch. The property was a memorable loft with incredible features and a real sense of light and space – it had been a huge labour of love with years spent restoring and refining the building. So when Tim came to us to say he was ready to sell his beloved home, we jumped at the chance to help.
“Living here has been just incredible – an absolute pleasure,” says Tim. “So when we decided to sell, we thought it was necessary to check out a number of different agents first. But once again Space Station just blew us away.”
For Space Station, selling a home that we helped find in the first place is an intriguing scenario. We loved how Tim had developed the loft in Shoreditch, and we were truly excited about all the work he’d done to make the space even more useable – ceilings had been raised, walls moved and finishes were of the highest standards. It was a truly beautiful home to be able to offer our selection of potential buyers.
“Other estate agents have a much more off-the-shelf type of service,” says Tim. “ But the energy that Space Station had was just incredible – I’m not sure it would have been possible without their drive and enthusiasm.”
Knowing the property as well as we did helped us to target potential buyers pretty quickly. In fact, we were contacting Tim with offers close to the asking price almost instantly. And once a sale was agreed, the deal was completed in eight working days.
“It was the smoothest transaction I’ve been involved in over a number of purchases and sales of properties,” says Tim. “I don’t think there’s anything that Space Station could have done to improve the service that we got. They made us a promise and they delivered it in record time.”
