As we step back out, the question everyone is asking is, what’s the new normal? Everything has changed and for many it will never be the same again.  For so long brands looked for spaces that reflected their personalities, their image and to inspire and excite their team and clients, but in the new Zoom world will this still be the case? 

We believe, everyone favourites city will come bounce back stronger than ever and we are already in discussion with several brands looking for the right type of spaces.

We have sourced some of London’s most inspiring spaces, from triplex gymnasiums in former Victorian schools, to MOT garages, transformed into artists’ studios. We pioneered London’s East End and found the homes and studios for the Shoreditch YBA’s. 

We don’t know what the future holds, but look forward to being there to help advise our clients.
