Shoreditch Office Opens. We contacted a private advertiser in the the Evening Standard, (yes that long ago) for the sale of Live/work units in Shoreditch. We ended up agreeing to take the commercial space a former print works, located at 92, Leonard Street EC2A. This became home for the next 22 years and as a bonus we ended up selling and renting the rest of the residential, commercial and live/works spaces, on the above floors.

Leonard Street - We worked with Paul Karakusevic , of Karakusevic Carson Architects, to completely refurbished the Space Station office. when you could still find a raw shell.

We acquired 2-4 Chance Street E1, an disused furniture factory, owned by former Rugby player Jeff Probyn, which was quickly snatched up by YBA artists, Sue Nobel & Sue Webster. This was the start the the "Shoreditch Renaissance".

Shells In The Flower Market - At a time when other agents were telling our clients loft shells on a market street will never sell, we disagreed and had a waiting list!
